EELS Illustrated Lyrics

I have a book called The Beatles illustrated Lyrics. It has the lyrics to all the Beatles songs with really cool unique artwork for each song. The artwork is on every left page, and the lyrics are on every right page...
Okay, this is just an idea, but how badass would it be if there was an Eels Illustrated lyrics book??
What if we could make something like that?? that would be soo badasss

Yea it would be cool, Like for each song, there would be a different piece of Eels-related  artwork. I think we could start something like this... They're already making a fan audiobook.

I have a similar book with lyrics by Bernie Taupin (who writes for Elton John). I think this is a WONDERFUL idea!!!
I remember Tony Mostrom making lovely comic strips about Dog Faced Boy. I believe Embryo owns those!

Whoa! There were t-shirts too I'll have you know, I think, it was a while ago so I may have dreamt them.

I should really look at the audio book thread and work on submitting something that's missing, even if listening to the sound of my own voice is considerable painful.

Well, maybe this project can be taken one step at a time. Fans contribute art, post it here in this forum and when there's actually enough to fill a book that's something to consider?
I'd love to see visual interpretations of Eels tunes.

and Embryo... you don't have those Dog Faced Boy comics? Then who has??

Sshould it be all fan art? or just Eels related art in general? or both??
Maybe it would be cool if it was all fan art, contributed by generous fans like you guys

I'll have a go at it. Could take a couple of weeks though. It's summer, it's hot and I've got a lot of 'real life' work on my plate... Not to mention the work that still needs to be done on Eels.nl...
But I like the idea and it might get some of my creative juices flowing once I can get myself to it...

Okay, no problem. We've got all the time in the world.
There's still some questions that need to be answered though.
1. Should it also include the lyrics of songs all Eels bonus tracks/rarities as well? Or just basics?
2. Should it also include the lyrics of songs in E's solo records?

Thats pretty much it I guess...
If ANYONE would like to contribute a piece of art for an Eels song, please contact either me, or E-Man. Don't hesitate. We need all the help we can get
