i suppose we'll never have the complete book read by fans... thus, for a more round up audiobook i would suggest to start with:
chapter 1 (perhaps with the sentence before: 'the following is a true story...') - to have a good beginning
chapter 2 part 1 (till 'i started out at the wrong foot at school' p. 23)
chapter 10 part 2 (from 'we played our first show at a tiny coffee house' p. 114) - both to finish these split chapters
last chapter: 'now what' - to have a good ending of the audiobook
or choose anything you like. but just do something!
