I don't think I've done this, so if I have, well--opinions change. :)

Beautiful Freak: 7.73/10 (Some very interesting, nice songs, but sludge like "Rags To Rags" never got through to me.)

Electro-Shock Blues: 10/10 (I've said it many, many times: ESB is the single best album I've ever experienced.)

Daisies of the Galaxy: 8.95/10 ("Flyswatter" and "The Sound of Fear" are good, but they detract from the rest. Otherwise, a wonderful album.)

Souljacker: 8.04/10 (A sonic marvel, and I love the coarseness of "Souljacker, Part I" contrasted with the playfulness of "Jungle Telegraph".)

Shootenanny!: 8.03/10 (I like it much more now than I ever have, though the second half is lacking.)

Blinking Lights & Other Revelations: 8.25/10 (I still think it’s bloated, but the good parts are very, very good.)

Hombre Lobo: 5/10 (It landed with a thud and just lies on the floor.)

E’s solo albums: 7.5/10 (Inventive and fun, and much more heartfelt than many of E’s later songs.)

I Am the Messiah: 7.11/10 (Creative and colorful, well worth a listen, especially when housecleaning.)

Bad Dude in Love: ?/10 (As an artifact, it’s invaluable. As entertainment, it’s…noteworthy?)

It's kind of off topic, but anyway. I'll join in and try making a scoring.

BF - 8.5/10 (it's going to stay a classic - soundtrack to my teenage years)
ESB - 10/10 (the magnum opus, and probably one of the best artistic works of our generation)
DOTG - 9/10 (this album is perfect, but I had to give at less than esb)
SJ - 7.5/10 (the lyrics have gone down in quality, but musically a very interesting album, and a nice move in direction)
SH - 7/10 (good poprock album)
BLOR - 9/10 (see DOTG)
HL - 5/10 (well, what can I say? most of the songs are by themselves "not bad" to "really good", but the album as a whole is E's first big let-down.)

I submitted this review of Hombre Lobo once to The Rock Hard Times when I was lurking here:

"A lot of fans are divided, but didn’t we all see that coming? E poured his heart and soul into Blinking Lights and Other Revelations, working hard on it for years. It makes sense that his next album was going to be something lighter and less ‘difficult’, for lack of better word. A companion piece to Shootenanny!, if you will. That’s what I expected, and in many ways what I got. But in one very imporant way, it’s not.

I know a lot of fans think E is too good for some of his own material. A lot of them felt that way about Shootenanny!, and a lot of them feel that way about Hombre Lobo. And sometimes he is too good for his material. He is better than Hombre Lobo is. But, you know, sometimes that just doesn’t matter. It’s okay that Hombre Lobo isn’t as good as Electro-Shock Blues. Why? Because Electro-Shock Blues has E in pain. And this is the one very important way Hombre Lobo differs.

Hombre Lobo feels like E is enjoying himself. And that’s what makes Hombre Lobo a step forward, not backwards. Because after sharing in E’s pain album after album, for once we can share in his happiness. This album is glowing with his love and his fun. And for Eels, there’s nothing more refreshing than that."

My own writing makes me cringe.  :-\

And who doesn't like 'I'm a do it wrong, do it right-er' ?

You mean "I'm a don't-do-it-wrong-do-it-right-er"? That line makes my skin crawl. One of the most awkward lines on the album, second only to "Being the bomb is her birthright".

I don't remember the last time I listened to Hombre Lobo, and I don't think I'll be in a hurry to hear it anytime soon.

You really think "I'm a don't-do-it-wrong, do-it-right-er" and "being the bomb is her birthright" are more awkward than "birds do it, bees do it, I wanna do it"?

I guess "Birds do it, bees do it, I wanna do it" is kinda dumb, especially when you consider that humans can't possibly do it how bees do it.

You submitted that review to me, though? I don't recall reading it. But I can't remember anything I read, which accounts for my writing.
